What is WBV?
Whole Body Vibration (WBV) training was first explored by Russian scientist Vladimir Nazarov who tested vibration training on Astronauts. The idea was to decrease the loss of muscle and bone mass in space. Astronauts in the aerospace industry in the former Soviet Union used vibration training sessions where bone density was increased and muscle strength would increase.

How Does It Work?
